Where are your art prints made and shipped from?

All art prints are produced and shipped from Finland. Each print is made in my own studio, ensuring high quality, careful handling, and reliable delivery.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but I always aim to ship as quickly as possible.

Do the prints come framed?

Prints are delivered unframed, allowing you to choose the perfect frame for your home. The A4 size (21×29,7cm) fits most standard frames.

What kind of paper do you use?

Each print is made on high‑quality fine art paper with a matte photo finish. This gives the artwork a soft, elegant, gallery‑style appearance.

Why do the colors look slightly darker on paper than on my screen?

Matte art paper absorbs light differently than bright digital screens. Because of this, colors may appear a bit darker and softer in print — this is a normal characteristic of fine art prints.

Can I give your prints as a gift?

Absolutely. These prints make wonderful gifts for art lovers, fantasy enthusiasts, interior decor fans, and anyone who enjoys unique and atmospheric wall art.

How are the prints packaged?

Prints are shipped in sturdy, protective packaging and protective sleeve to prevent bending or damage during transit. Every order is packed with care.

Do you offer returns or replacements?

If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me and I’ll be happy to arrange a replacement. Customer satisfaction is very important to me.
