Refund policy
We have a 14‑day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). In those cases, we will cover all return shipping costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and make it right.
European Union 14‑day withdrawal right
Unless the above conditions prevent it, you may cancel or return orders shipped to the European Union within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. Such returns require that the item is in the same condition as when received and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will also inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
