Shipping Information
Cosmic Vixen Studio ships all orders carefully packaged directly from our studio in Oulu, Finland. Each print is handled individually to ensure that the colors, quality, and surface remain perfect on their journey to their new home.
Processing Time
- Orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days after the order is received.
- During holiday seasons or busy periods, processing times may occasionally extend beyond the usual 1–5 business days. We’ll always keep you informed of any delays.
Shipping Methods
At checkout, you can choose between:
- Letter mail — more affordable, no tracking
- Parcel — more expensive, includes tracking
Packaging and Protection
All prints are packaged with care using:
- a thick, bend‑resistant cardboard backing
- a protective sleeve to keep the surface flawless
- additional padding when necessary
Our goal is to ensure your artwork arrives just as brilliant as when it left our studio.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the size of your order and the destination country. The checkout page will display the final price before payment.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will replace the item or offer another suitable solution depending on the situation.
Returns and Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, returns are accepted only if the item is:
- damaged
- defective
- incorrect (wrong item received)
