General Information Cosmic Vixen Studio is a small art studio based in Oulu, Finland. By placing an order in our online store, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before making a purchase.

Products All prints are created and packaged in our studio. Product images aim to represent the artwork accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and device.

Orders An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to contact us about your order, reach out as soon as possible.

Pricing All prices are shown in euros (€). Cosmic Vixen Studio is not VAT‑registered, so prices do not include VAT. Shipping costs are added at checkout.

Payments Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment partners. You must provide accurate and up‑to‑date information when completing your purchase.

Shipping Orders are shipped from Oulu, Finland. Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is no longer under our control.

Returns and Issues Because our products are made to order, returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you.

Use of the Store You agree not to misuse the store or attempt to interfere with its functionality. All content in the store, including images and text, is the property of Cosmic Vixen Studio.

Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The version available in the store at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
